Step Lively, Tread Lightly ™ – a new line of shirts to come from Thinkhouse.
You’ve heard it all before, it’s a fragile earth we live on … but do you do your part? Are you pro-active? Small actions by lots of people will make big differences. My nephew, Jonathan who designed this shirt with me, just got back form a month of fixing trails out in Oregon. He’s doing his part … are you? So, be seen being green! Hey, that sounds like a good line for another t-shirt! Stay tuned …

I love anything completely covered in rubber … especially when it plays music.
The Tykho Radio – This simple and modern radio does one thing and one thing great … play FM and AM stations! Old school, baby! Zen like, this simple design and functional radio is covered completely in rubber. Perfect for when you have to get a good grip to whip it across the room in frustration when the client asks for the forty third revision.
Get your here!

Just say no … to plumping!
If you haven’t seen this site yet, you must. I’ve never actually heard a chicken talk before, but when they do … you really need listen. Evidently the USDA estimates that plumping can cost American consumers up to $2 billion a year for plumping. $2 billion a year to inject chicken with salt water …. that’s just so wrong. Check it out …

Campers are usually ugly, but not the Tonke Camper from Holland. An eco-friendly camper, that’s handcrafted with polished mahogany fittings, teak wood floors, porcelain sinks and fully chrome faucets.
Even better, after you’re done with your trip you can detach the camper unit off the van chassis to serve as a stand alone office (or room for the mother-in-law). I can see it now, cruising down highway 66, blogging from my Tonke office via wifi while cranking Freebird and feeling … free as a bird! Well, maybe i wouldn’t exactly crank Freebird.

I have to admit, I’ve always wanted to design something with a little plastic cow. Well, I got my chance. Eastman Kodak called us to create an invitation and dinner program for this years nominees and winners of the AICP Awards. The event celebrates the talent behind the work – the best in commercial production. We wanted to have a cow at the event so attendees could get fresh milk for their coffee, but the bovine was already booked.

“Inspired by the vanishing sub-genre of agricultural memo books, ornate pocket ledgers and the simple, unassuming beauty of a well-crafted grocery list; FIELD NOTES offers, “An honest memo book, worth fillin’ up with GOOD INFORMATION.”
I love these little note books! And they have these great pencils with little green erasers.

Say it ain’t so … how could we be talking about school already?
As the Back-To-School season quickly approaches, we just finished a direct mail brochure highlighting over 50 brands that include Nike, Adidas, Quiksilver and more, followed by a print advertising and email-marketing campaign for Denny’s Childrenswear.

Our friends at Camp Alvernia, came a knockin’ on the thinkhouse door, asking us to design a brochure for prospective campers. With a focus on the many waterfront offerings, staff-to-camper ratio, special activities and track record of 120 years of happy campers … they were happy campers themselves after the brochures hit their bunk door.
