Picture this: You take your seat on a JetBlue or American Airlines flight. An ad pops up on the screen in front of you and asks you if you would like free wifi – who wouldn’t? All you have to do is watch a video to earn free wifi, just choose one of these 4 ads that lead you to a video… ours needs to be the most compelling, of course!

Diamonds International®, the ultimate treasure trove of luxury bling, asked Thinkhouse to produce this customer journey and video and then sweetened the deal to the Caribbean traveler seeking free wifi, with a $500 Free Gift Card to use in their stores.

Armed with the free gift, creativity and a penchant for a classy, enjoyable customer experience, we set out to develop a customer funnel that would sparkle like Diamonds International’s finest gems. 

Emphasizing their trustworthiness as a US-based retailer with over 100 stores throughout the Caribbean, our goal was to reassure travelers of our authenticity, and then lead the customer through the digital journey, to the pot of gold at the end.

Thinkhouse’s expert digital marketing team crafted a video voiceover script highlighting the most important brand promises and coined a new tagline that could entice the most skeptical of diamond-lovers; Bring home a treasure, you’ll cherish forever.
